Christian Hammer (born 27 September 1987 as Cristian Ciocan in Galați, Galați County)[1] is a Romanian boxer best known for winning the title at the 2006 World Junior Championships as a heavyweight under his birth name Ciocan. He is living and fighting out of Hamburg, Germany.

At the World Juniors 2006 he fought under the name Ciocan and won against the American Michael Hunter, Jr. in the semis 22:15 and Uzbek Sardor Abdullayev 39:32 in the final.
